Gordon has been practicing law for 31 years and the founding lawyer of VanderLeek Law. He is a father of 5 adopted children, 3 of who have long term disabilities. In the fall of 2009, his firm established a division named “Disability Advocates”, lead by his wife, Annie. The focus of Disability Advocates is to provide support services to families with special needs children in such areas as guardianship and trusteeship applications & reviews, PDD & AISH applications and appeals, Disability Tax Credit applications and reviews, educational supports and general advocacy.
