Dan Devoe is a PhD candidate with Dr. Jean Addington involved in a comprehensive research program in early psychosis that includes detection, prediction, and treatments. I believe that characterizing changes in transition rates and identifying youth with sub-threshold symptoms provides a translational research strategy for future treatments, and affords the opportunity to use prediction models to identify those patients who are most likely to benefit from treatment interventions.
