The provincial office maintains a toll-free, in Alberta, information phone line.  Anyone from around the province can phone and request information on schizophrenia, its symptoms, treatment, services, housing, etc.  We receive numerous phone calls from family members, consumers, and student, as well as professionals interested in schizophrenia.  Information is provided verbally over the phone, as well as mailed out to the caller when appropriate.
